Pusat Harian Harapan Bakti, Balik Pulau (School For The Mentally Retarded Children) in Penang is a non-profit organisation that supports the better quality of life for people with intellectual disability in need of support in learnng, understanding and communicating.

It was set up in March 1983 to cater for the mentally retarded children in the South-west District of Penang, Malaysia and was officially declared open on 16 February 1984.
